Amid nationwide outcry over the suicide of Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash, another suicide in the city came to light when a police constable killed himself after allegedly being tortured by his wife and father-in-law.
On Friday night, H C Thippanna, 34, committed suicide on the railroad tracks in Bengaluru between Heelalige Railway Station and Carmelaram Husaguru Railway Gate. He accused his father-in-law and wife of torturing him, and he blamed them for his death in a suicide note.
A case has been filed in connection with the incident.

Meanwhile, on December 9, 34-year-old engineer Subhash committed suicide in Bengaluru, purportedly as a result of harassment from his estranged wife and her relatives.
