A horrifying incident occurred this morning in south Delhi’s Neb Sarai, where a man, his wife, and their daughter were allegedly stabbed to death, police confirmed. The victims have been identified as Rajesh (53), his wife Komal (47), and their 23-year-old daughter, Kavita.
The family’s son, who survived the attack, had left for his routine morning walk around 5 am. When he returned home, he was shocked to find the lifeless bodies of his parents and sister, all allegedly stabbed.
Police officials immediately rushed to the scene and launched an investigation into the matter. According to the authorities, “prima facie, there is no ransacking or stealing of articles from the house.”
Delhi Chief Minister Atishi has sharply criticized the Centre for failing to provide adequate security to residents, calling the incident a reflection of the growing concerns over safety in the city.
