The Delhi Police Special Cell has identified a private school student responsible for sending a bomb threat email to a school in Paschim Vihar.
Police reports reveal that the student had sent the threat email to his own school. After tracking the IP address, the police traced it back to the student’s home. Upon questioning, the child admitted to the act and was subsequently counseled.
While the student was let off with a warning, his parents were advised to closely monitor his behavior. Authorities clarified that this incident is not related to the group bomb threat emails sent to multiple schools across Delhi on Friday.
The investigation continues, but this individual is not linked to the larger wave of threats targeting other schools in the city.
