A woman in Gossaigaon was forced to give birth outside the hospital as the Hospital doors were shut due to by-polls in Gossaigaon. As per the Police, the sub divisional officer of the constituency has ordered the hospital’s doors to be shut.
The woman who was in labour and in extreme pain had to give birth to her baby outside the hospital as she was not able to hold any longer. The woman and her newborn were later taken inside the hospital as some journalists reached the place and forcibly opened the hospital gate and admitted the woman and her newborn to the hospital.
Several people who needed to visit the hospital due to many ailments and who came to check on the patients had to jump the walls to enter the hospital which created much inconvenience for the people. As per reports the woman and her baby are fine now and are receiving the much-needed care and medication now.
